Property cleanouts that end with a clean property, not an empty mess.
We clear out houses, apartments, rentals, garages, basements and storage spaces, haul away what you don’t want, then clean what’s left behind.
A junk-removal company can take things away. A cleaning company can clean an empty room. Most cleanouts need both, plus someone to decide the order. Deep Cleaning KY handles house cleanouts, apartment cleanouts and rental property cleanouts as one project: clear it out, clean it up, and get the property ready for its next use.
That combination is the point. When the last load leaves, the floors, kitchen, bathrooms and surfaces get cleaned, so the property is actually usable, not just emptied.

How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.
Questions about property cleanouts
Are you a junk-removal company?
Haul-off is part of what we do, but we’re a specialty cleaning company. The difference is that we clean the property after the contents are gone, and plan the whole project as one job.
Do I have to sort everything before you come?
No. We can help sort, or work from your instructions (for example, “everything in the garage goes except the tools on the left wall”).
How do you price a cleanout?
By scope: volume of contents, disposal requirements, access, crew size, time and the cleaning needed afterward. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. More on pricing.
