Deep Cleaning KYA HydroCore Restoration Division
When ordinary cleaning isn’t enough.

You finish the project. We finish the presentation.

Final cleanup after construction, remodeling, drywall, painting, flooring and repairs, so your customer walks into a finished, move-in-ready property instead of the dust it took to build it.

The last trade packs up and the work is done, but the property isn’t ready. Drywall dust has settled on every ledge, sawdust is in the corners, there’s paint on the trim and packaging in the hallway. That last impression is often what a customer remembers.

Deep Cleaning KY provides post-construction cleaning and contractor cleanup services across Southeastern Kentucky. Contractors, builders, remodelers and property owners call us once their work is complete, and we deliver a finished, professional-looking property ready for the walkthrough, the photos, the listing or the move-in.

How we work with contractors

  • Scheduled after the last dust-producing trade, around your handover date
  • Rough cleaning during larger projects, with a final clean before walkthrough
  • A touch-up visit if punch-list work creates more dust
  • We can coordinate with you, your site lead or the property owner directly
  • Tell us who is responsible for the invoice when you schedule
Light debris, not dumpster loads. We clear debris and scraps left in the space. Large volumes of construction waste usually belong in the project dumpster. We’ll confirm what’s included when we scope the job.

One call. One plan. A property that can move forward again.

  1. Tell us what you’re dealing with

Call, text, or send an estimate request. A few sentences is plenty to start.

  2. Show us the property

Depending on the situation, we may ask for photos or set up a walkthrough.

  3. We build a plan

Cleaning, contents removal, haul-off, disposal, crew size, equipment, sequence, access and scope.

  4. We clear & clean

Our crew performs the agreed work, in the agreed order.

  5. We reset the property

The space is prepared for whatever comes next: living, listing, leasing or repairs.

  6. Keep it maintained, if you want us to

Recurring cleaning is available when it makes sense. It’s never required.

How the estimate works

We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.

Scope & safety

Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

Questions about post-construction cleaning

Can contractors book you directly for a customer’s project?

Yes. Many of our post-construction jobs are scheduled by the contractor. Tell us the address, the scope and your handover date, and let us know whether we should coordinate with you or the property owner.

When should you come in?

After the last trade that creates dust, typically after paint and flooring. If a punch list is still open, we can do a final clean and come back for a touch-up.

Can you remove paint splatter?

On most hard surfaces, yes, where it can be removed safely without damaging the finish. If a surface needs refinishing rather than cleaning, we’ll point it out.

Can you haul off construction debris?

Light debris and scraps left in the space, yes. Large volumes of construction waste usually belong in the contractor’s dumpster. We’ll confirm during scoping.

Do you clean commercial construction projects?

Yes, including build-outs and tenant improvements. See commercial cleaning for ongoing service after the space opens.
