How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

Should we wait until every contractor is finished?
Ideally, yes, at least for the dust-producing work. If you need the space sooner, we can do a working clean now and a final clean later.
