Deep Cleaning KYA HydroCore Restoration Division
When ordinary cleaning isn’t enough.

Haul-off and contents removal, as part of getting the property back.

Furniture, household belongings, tenant-abandoned property and general debris removed and hauled away, then the space cleaned.

Haul-off is a natural extension of the cleanup work we do. Instead of hiring a hauler and then a cleaner, Deep Cleaning KY removes the unwanted contents and coordinates disposal as part of the same plan, so the space can be cleaned the moment it’s clear.

We handle furniture removal, household contents removal and general debris across Southeastern Kentucky, for single rooms, whole houses, rentals and commercial spaces.

What haul-off & contents removal can include

Every project is scoped individually. These are the kinds of work this service can cover.

  • Furniture
  • Household belongings
  • Bagged trash
  • Tenant-abandoned property
  • General clutter
  • Non-hazardous debris
  • Miscellaneous unwanted contents
  • Household furnishings
  • Mattresses, where disposal requirements allow
  • Garage, basement and attic contents
  • Cleaning after removal

What acceptance depends on

We can remove many kinds of general household contents, but not everything. What we take on a given job depends on:

Material typeGeneral household contents vs. regulated materials
Quantity & weightVolume, heavy items, number of loads
AccessStairs, distance to the truck, tight spaces
Disposal requirementsWhat local facilities will accept
Local regulationsCounty and city disposal rules
Safety conditionsWhether items can be moved safely

Some hazardous, regulated, chemical, biological, or specialty materials fall outside our current service scope and may require an appropriately qualified contractor or specialized disposal method. We’ll identify those items before removal and explain the appropriate next step.

One call. One plan. A property that can move forward again.

  1. Tell us what you’re dealing with

Call, text, or send an estimate request. A few sentences is plenty to start.

  2. Show us the property

Depending on the situation, we may ask for photos or set up a walkthrough.

  3. We build a plan

Cleaning, contents removal, haul-off, disposal, crew size, equipment, sequence, access and scope.

  4. We clear & clean

Our crew performs the agreed work, in the agreed order.

  5. We reset the property

The space is prepared for whatever comes next: living, listing, leasing or repairs.

  6. Keep it maintained, if you want us to

Recurring cleaning is available when it makes sense. It’s never required.

How the estimate works

We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.

Scope & safety

Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

Questions about haul-off & contents removal

What kinds of materials can you haul away?

General household contents: furniture, furnishings, belongings, bagged trash, clutter and non-hazardous debris. Mattresses and some appliances depend on local disposal rules. Tell us what you have and we’ll confirm.

Do you provide dumpsters?

We plan disposal around the size of the job. Depending on volume, that may be hauled loads or a roll-off container arranged for the project. Your estimate will say which.

Can you just remove one piece of furniture?

Our haul-off is built around cleanup projects, so it fits best as part of a larger job. For small removals, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
