When a standard cleaning appointment isn’t enough.
Whole-property deep cleaning for long-term buildup, neglected kitchens and bathrooms, and properties that haven’t been maintained in a long time.
A typical house-cleaning visit is built for a home that’s already in reasonable shape: a couple of hours, a set checklist, surface-level work. That isn’t what some properties need. After months or years without routine cleaning, buildup settles into cabinets, trim, fixtures, flooring and appliances, and it takes planning, more labor and the right equipment to work through it.
Deep Cleaning KY provides heavy-duty deep cleaning and major house cleaning across Southeastern Kentucky. We scope the work, staff it properly and clean the property top to bottom, including the places routine cleaning skips.

What heavy-duty deep cleaning can include
Every project is scoped individually. These are the kinds of work this service can cover.
- Long-term buildup throughout the property
- Neglected kitchens, inside and out of cabinets
- Neglected bathrooms and fixtures
- Heavy floor cleaning
- Interior doors and trim
- Baseboards
- Light fixtures, vents and switch plates
- Appliance exteriors and interiors
- Windowsills and tracks
- Interior walls and surfaces where cleanable
- Vacant-property cleaning
- Odor-focused cleaning of affected surfaces
How this differs from a standard cleaning
A standard cleaning visit
- A set checklist and time block
- Surface wiping, dusting, vacuuming
- Assumes regular upkeep
- Usually one or two people
Heavy-duty deep cleaning
- Scoped from photos or a walkthrough
- Detail work on cabinets, trim, doors, fixtures and floors
- Built for long-term buildup and neglect
- Crew size and time set by the property
One call. One plan. A property that can move forward again.
Tell us what you’re dealing with
Call, text, or send an estimate request. A few sentences is plenty to start.
Show us the property
Depending on the situation, we may ask for photos or set up a walkthrough.
We build a plan
Cleaning, contents removal, haul-off, disposal, crew size, equipment, sequence, access and scope.
We clear & clean
Our crew performs the agreed work, in the agreed order.
We reset the property
The space is prepared for whatever comes next: living, listing, leasing or repairs.
Keep it maintained, if you want us to
Recurring cleaning is available when it makes sense. It’s never required.
How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.
Questions about heavy-duty deep cleaning
Is this the same as a regular deep clean?
It’s heavier. Many cleaning companies offer a “deep clean” that’s a longer version of a routine visit. Ours is scoped to the actual condition of the property and staffed for it, including properties a routine cleaner may decline.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We arrive with the equipment and supplies the plan calls for. If the property has no running water or power, tell us when you request an estimate so we can plan around it.
Can you clean a house that hasn’t been lived in for a long time?
Yes. Long-vacant and neglected properties are a common heavy-duty project, often before a sale, a rental listing or repairs.
