We work after HydroCore Restoration projects and after work by other restoration companies and contractors. Not every restoration project needs us, and HydroCore customers are never required to use Deep Cleaning KY.

How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

Yes. We clean and reset properties after restoration, repair and reconstruction work, whether HydroCore or another company performed it.
Is this part of my restoration or insurance claim?
That depends on your policy and your restoration contractor’s scope. We’ll provide a clear estimate for the cleaning so you or your adjuster can review it.
