How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

Can you clean after a tenant moves out?

Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. Many move-out cleanings happen with a lockbox or key handoff. We’ll confirm access when we schedule.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
We’ll clean thoroughly to the scope we agree on, but deposit decisions belong to your landlord and lease. If your landlord has a move-out checklist, send it with your request and we’ll plan around it.
