Deep Cleaning KY was built for jobs that need more reliability, attention to detail, discretion and physical work than routine housekeeping: finished jobsites covered in construction dust, offices and dealerships cleaned after hours, short-term rentals between guests, homes that have become overwhelming, rentals left in hard condition and inherited houses full of belongings.

We operate as the specialty cleaning and property cleanup division of HydroCore Restoration LLC. HydroCore restores properties after water damage, mold and moisture problems. Deep Cleaning KY handles the cleanouts, haul-off, heavy-duty cleaning and property recovery that sit between a standard cleaning company and a restoration company.

What we believe about this work

The situation deserves respect. Many people who call us have put it off because they’re embarrassed or don’t know where to start. We don’t judge how a property got here.

Every project starts with a plan. We look at the property, agree on what stays and goes, and set the scope before the work begins.

We say what we can and can’t do. We handle many of the difficult cleanup situations traditional cleaning companies aren’t structured for. When something is outside our scope, we tell you and help you find the right next step.

The surface isn’t always the whole story. If clearing a property reveals a legitimate concern like water damage, we point it out plainly, without scare tactics or upselling.
