Hoarding cleanup with no judgment. Just a plan for moving forward.
Private, respectful cleanup for homes with severe clutter, significant accumulation or long-term neglect, from sorting and removal to deep cleaning and a property that can be used again.
People become overwhelmed for many reasons: health, grief, a demanding job, a loss of mobility, years of living alone, or simply falling behind until it feels impossible to start. Our job is not to judge how a property reached its current condition. Our job is to look at the situation honestly, build a plan, and help move the property forward.
Deep Cleaning KY handles hoarding cleanup, severe clutter cleanup and extreme cleaning situations throughout Southeastern Kentucky: properties where accumulation, neglect or heavy buildup has gone well beyond what a routine cleaner is set up for. We combine sorting assistance, removal, heavy cleaning and a property reset into one coordinated project, so you’re not trying to manage several different companies during an already difficult time.

Things you don’t need to do before calling
You don’t need to clean first.
Leave it exactly as it is. We need to see the real scope to plan accurately.
You don’t need to apologize for the condition of the property.
Our job is to understand what needs to happen and build a plan.
You don’t need every detail.
Show us what you’re dealing with. We’ll help determine the next step.
Difficult situations deserve respectful solutions
Many of the people who call us aren’t calling about their own home. They’re helping a parent, settling an estate, or responsible for a property someone else left behind. Whoever you are in the situation, you’ll get the same patient, practical help.
- Property owners
- Families
- Adult children helping a parent
- Estate representatives
- Landlords
- Property managers
- Individuals going through difficult circumstances
How we approach the work
- Compassion and patience
- Privacy and discretion
- Respect for the home and the belongings in it
- No judgment, ever
- Clear communication with the family or property owner
We treat the property, and the people involved, with dignity
Your project stays private
We discuss the work only with you and the people you choose to involve.
One point of contact
If you’re coordinating for a family member, we work through you and keep you updated.
Photos stay with the project
Photos are used to plan the work, not for marketing, unless you give permission.
A calm, steady pace
Work can happen in stages when someone is still living in the home.
Belongings handled with care
You decide what stays, what goes and what gets set aside for review.
Straight answers
If something is outside our scope, we tell you plainly and help you find the next step.
How we handle belongings
A cleanup goes better when everyone agrees, before work starts, on what stays, what goes and what needs a closer look. We talk that through with you first.
- You decide what we keep, remove or set aside. We don’t make those calls for you.
- We can set aside specific items you’re hoping to find, such as paperwork, photos, keys or keepsakes, as we come across them.
- Rooms can be done in stages if that’s easier for the person living in the home.
- If you’re handling this for a family member, we can work with you as the point of contact.
Repairs found during the cleanup
Clearing a property sometimes reveals damage that was hidden under contents or buildup. Depending on the scope, our team may also be able to assist with minor repairs or coordinate additional property work discovered during cleanup.
We don’t claim to be licensed for every construction trade. Work that requires a licensed trade or goes beyond minor repairs is referred to an appropriately qualified contractor.
Examples of what we may help with
- Minor drywall repair
- Trim repair
- Basic property repairs
- Damage discovered after debris is removed
- Repairs needed before the property can be put back into use
One call. One plan. A property that can move forward again.
Tell us what you’re dealing with
Call, text, or send an estimate request. A few sentences is plenty to start.
Show us the property
Depending on the situation, we may ask for photos or set up a walkthrough.
We build a plan
Cleaning, contents removal, haul-off, disposal, crew size, equipment, sequence, access and scope.
We clear & clean
Our crew performs the agreed work, in the agreed order.
We reset the property
The space is prepared for whatever comes next: living, listing, leasing or repairs.
Keep it maintained, if you want us to
Recurring cleaning is available when it makes sense. It’s never required.
How the estimate works
We don’t use flat-rate pricing for this kind of work, because two properties that look alike can need very different amounts of labor, removal and disposal. Photos often let us give an initial estimate. Larger or more complex projects may need a walkthrough first.
Scope & safety
Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.
Questions about hoarding and specialty cleanup
Will you judge the condition of my home?
No. People reach this point for many reasons, and none of them change how we do our job. We assess the property, explain the plan and do the work respectfully.
Can you help sort belongings, or do you remove everything?
We help sort. Before work begins we agree on what stays, what goes and what should be set aside for you to review. Nothing is removed that you haven’t approved.
Can the work happen in stages?
Yes. Larger homes, or situations where someone is still living in the home, often work better room by room or over several visits. We’ll plan the sequence with you.
I’m calling about a family member. Can you work with me?
Yes. Many hoarding cleanup projects are arranged by an adult child, sibling or other family member. We can coordinate with you, and we’ll be respectful of the person whose home it is.
Can you repair damage we find during the cleanup?
Depending on the scope, our team may be able to assist with minor repairs, such as drywall or trim, or coordinate additional property work discovered during cleanup. Anything requiring a licensed trade is referred to a qualified contractor.
