No. People become overwhelmed for many reasons. Our job is to assess the property, build a plan and help move it forward, not to judge how it got here.

No. Please don’t. We need to see the real scope to plan accurately, and you don’t need to apologize for the condition of the property.

Yes. Before work begins we agree on what stays, what goes and what gets set aside for you to review. We won’t remove anything you haven’t approved.

Depending on the scope, our team may also be able to assist with minor repairs, such as drywall or trim, or coordinate additional property work discovered during cleanup. Work that requires a licensed trade is referred to a qualified contractor.

Yes: offices, medical and dental practices, dealerships, restaurants, retail, showrooms and commercial facilities, as one-time deep cleaning or recurring service. Commercial cleaning

Yes. Evening and after-hours cleaning is available when scheduling allows, and specific times are confirmed with each client. After-hours cleaning

Yes: household belongings, furnishings, bagged trash, clutter and non-hazardous debris, as part of a cleanup or cleanout.

Yes. We coordinate removal and disposal as part of the project, based on material type, quantity, weight, access, disposal requirements, local regulations and safety.

We plan disposal around the size of the job. Depending on volume, that may be hauled loads or a roll-off container arranged for the project. Your estimate will say which.

General household contents: furniture, furnishings, belongings, bagged trash, general clutter and non-hazardous debris. Mattresses and appliances depend on local disposal requirements.

Yes. Some hazardous, regulated, chemical, biological, or specialty materials fall outside our current service scope and may require an appropriately qualified contractor or specialized disposal method. We’ll identify those items before removal and explain the appropriate next step. Some property conditions require specialized contractors, regulated disposal, or services outside the scope of general cleaning. If we encounter a condition we are not equipped or authorized to handle, we’ll explain the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.

We’ll tell you what we noticed, plainly and without exaggeration. We don’t diagnose or treat mold or water damage ourselves. Because we’re a division of HydroCore Restoration, you can have it evaluated separately if you choose, or use any contractor you prefer. Often, yes. Photos help us decide whether we can give an initial estimate or need to schedule a walkthrough.

Not always. Smaller or clearly documented jobs can often be estimated from photos. Larger or more complex projects usually need a walkthrough.

It depends on property size, current condition, amount of contents, volume of debris, disposal requirements, accessibility, number of technicians, equipment, cleaning intensity, furniture removal, project duration, travel and any specialized conditions. That’s why we scope each project instead of publishing flat rates.

Not necessarily. Many projects use a lockbox or key handoff. For cleanups where belongings are being sorted, we’ll agree on decisions in advance or keep you reachable by phone.

It depends on the size of the project and our current schedule. Tell us about any deadline, such as a closing, a new tenant or an inspection, when you reach out and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
